VPA Golf Classic

About the VPA Classic

The VPA Classic started in 2026 with one simple question: What if supporters of the law enforcement community got together for a golf tournament? So many law enforcement professionals, their friends and family play the game, while the rest of us just look like we’re walking around a golf course swinging at a white ball (and losing a lot of them).

About VPA

The Vermont Police Association (VPA) was established in 1949 and has grown monumentally since then as a professional organization dedicated to representing the interests of law enforcement officers, their families and Vermont public safety, focusing on legislative advocacy, supporting community initiatives, and providing resources for members through scholarships and programs like the Vermont Injured Police Officers Fund. The VPA engages in legislative testimony regarding policy changes and support charitable causes, such as the Special Olympics Vermont Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Event Details

The VPA Classic is a golf tournament for law enforcement professionals and those who support them. On Friday, June 26, 2026, at the historic Montague Golf Course in Randolph, Vermont craft beverage producers, restaurants, fans and supporters of law enforcement, throughout the region will come together for a day, put aside the daily stressors and for most of us likely make complete fools of each other on the golf course. The event starts with a scramble golf tournament, which will include special guests, lunch, prizes, games and more) concluding with celebration and merriment at Monty’s Restaurant!

All profits from this event will benefit the Vermont’s law enforcement community and their families through the VPA.
